Gema Gangsa IIUM Recruitment 2015
This is the review of Gema Gangsa IIUM Recruitment Drive for this semester which was held on the 23rd and 24th of February 2015. Basically, it was divided into 2 sessions or stages, the first was the Interview Session where candidates were interviewed by the seniors to see how passionate they are for this club. The second session is the Instrument Session where they were asked to play 2 types of Gamelan instruments which is Saron and Gendang to test their skills in music.
Recruitment Drive went smoothly for both days as both applicants and interviewers gave their full cooperation. This 2-session methodology is the advancement of what the previous members had learnt based on their experiences in handling recruitment drives, hence we can say it is a successful breakthrough as the team managed to handle more than 100 applicants in 2 days as planned.
