International Muslim Women Summit 2016
Hello and Assalamualaikum readers!
It's been a while since our last entry. Well, our semester break has ended and IIUM new semester has begun. Right after we enrolled, we have to prepare for International Muslim Women Summit's show.
International Muslim Women Summit was held at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) for three days, starting from 23rd September 2016 until 25th September 2016. We were responsible to perform for two events, one for Gala Dinner with Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong XIV Tuanku Hajah Haminah Binti Haji Hamidun at Dewan Merdeka and the other one is for booth performances at Dewan Tun Razak.
Booth performances consist of IIUM Angklung Club as well. For Gala Dinner show, we collaborated with IIUM Percussion Club, IIUM Andeka Caklempong, as well as IIUM Acoustic Band. Some of the songs that presented during the dinner were Kurik Kundi, Laksamana Raja Dilaut dan Zapin Pusaka, Habibie Ya Nur Ain, and The Moon (chinese song).
